Terms and Conditions – Oi Transfers
The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded by Oi! Tours Lda., acting as an agent and provider of transfers specified in the vouchers issued by Oi Transfers, the trade name of the transfers division of Oi! Tours Lda.
1. Company Identification
Oi! Tours Lda. is a limited liability company registered in Portugal, corporate number 517 146 797 and registered in RNVAT under number 10563, headquartered at Urbanização Boca do Rio Resort, Lot 1 Ap 108, 8400-113 Estômbar. It operates under the commercial brands Oi Transfers, Oi Algarve, and Oi Travel.
2. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance covering cancellations, lost luggage, accidents, and health issues. Insurance can be contracted via: https://oitours.pt/.
Transfer Bookings
3. Booking Procedure
Bookings must be made online at https://oitours.pt/, TRANSFERS section. If the website is inactive, bookings can be made via email: transfer@oitours.pt.
Last-minute bookings may be arranged directly with the driver.
4. Lead Party
The person making the booking is the “Lead Party” and must be over 18.
By booking, they accept these terms on behalf of all passengers.
5. Booking Information
The Lead Party must verify all details (date, time, flight number, pickup/drop-off address).
The Lead Party is solely responsible for any mistakes.
6. Private Location Pickups
For villas, farms, etc., provide GPS coordinates and route information.
Without this, timely service is not guaranteed.
7. Luggage Allowance
Includes 1 checked bag (90x50x25 cm) and 1 cabin bag (45x40x25 cm) per passenger.
Extras must be declared during booking.
8. Transporting Children
Children under 12 and <135cm count as passengers.
Please provide their age to ensure proper seats (provided free of charge).
9. Extra Stops
Additional stops (e.g., supermarket, key pickup) must be scheduled.
They incur extra charges.
10. Pickup Times
Be at the airport 3 hours before flight.
Pickup time is scheduled based on the flight number provided.
Payments
11. Online Payment
Full payment is required at booking via available methods on the website.
12. Driver Payment
For last-minute bookings, payment must be made in cash directly to the driver.
13. Booking Voucher
A voucher will be emailed after payment.
Present it to the driver for both outbound and return trips.
14. Additional Charges
Extra stops: EUR 10 per 15 minutes. Pay in cash to the driver.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
15. Voucher Verification
After issue, verify all booking details.
We are not responsible for incorrect booking information.
16. Changes
Free up to 24h in advance. Within 24h, must notify by email or phone:
• EUR 5 (up to 24h)
• EUR 10 (up to 12h)
• <12h: not accepted (breach).
17. Cancellations
Must be notified via email/WhatsApp. Cancellation fees:
• 0% up to 24h in advance;
• 50% up to 12h in advance;
• 100% (non-refundable) <12h in advance.
Breaches
18. Undeclared Passengers
EUR 20/person. Subject to vehicle capacity. Pay driver in cash.
19. Undeclared Extra Luggage
EUR 5/item. Subject to available luggage space.
20. Incorrect Addresses/Coordinates
May increase final service cost.
21. Service Failure Due to External Factors
Alternative transport will be arranged at no extra cost.
Reception, Assistance, and No Show
22. Quality Reception
At airports: welcome assistant available.
Other locations: driver aims for punctuality.
23. Contact and Instructions
Clients must remain contactable and follow instructions on the voucher.
24. Uncontrollable Delays
E.g., traffic, weather. Driver will contact Lead Party.
25. Tolerance Margin
15-minute delay margin. We will contact Lead Party.
26. Flight Delays or Cancellations
Notify us promptly. We will try to adapt without extra fees.
27. Airports
Waiting time: 1 hour post-landing. Inform us of delays at customs, baggage claim, etc.
If driver cannot wait, we’ll suggest alternatives.
If declined, the service is a NO SHOW with no refund.
28. Train/Bus Stations
15-minute tolerance. No contact = NO SHOW, no refund.
29. Other Pickup Points
15-minute tolerance. No contact = NO SHOW, no refund.
Transport Conditions
30. Refusal of Service
We may refuse clients under the influence of alcohol/drugs or displaying unsafe behavior.
No refunds.
31. Prohibitions
Smoking and eating/drinking (except water) are prohibited.
32. Insurance
All vehicles are legally insured.
33. Luggage
Clients are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for damage/loss.
34. Missed Pickup
If unable to contact us, use a local taxi.
We will reimburse the extra cost but are not liable for missed flights.
35. Liability Limitation
Except for bodily injury or death, our liability is limited to twice the transfer service cost.
Feedback and Loyalty Bonuses
36. Feedback Form
Sent after each transfer. Comments may be published anonymously.
37. Welcome Voucher
New clients receive 10% off their first direct booking upon newsletter subscription.
38. Loyalty Voucher
50% off 6th transfer (after 5 direct bookings by the same Team Leader) for an airport service (max 8 passengers).
