1. I haven’t received my booking voucher. Why?

You should receive your voucher within 5 minutes after confirming your transfer.
If that doesn’t happen:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for an email from transfers@oitours.pt.
  • Add this email address to your contacts list.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact us to confirm your booking details.

 

2. Can I change or cancel my booking after confirmation?

Yes! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We will update your booking free of charge and send you a new voucher.

3. Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

There’s no charge if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
We only charge if you don’t show up without prior notice.
If you’ve already paid, we can process a refund — just contact us.

4. Is Oi Transfers a door-to-door service?

Yes.
Except at the airport (where we have a designated meeting point), we’ll drop you off directly at your hotel, apartment, or specified address.

 

5. Can I drop passengers off at different locations on the same booking?

Yes, as long as you notify us in advance.
An additional fee will apply depending on the detour.

 

6. Do I have to pay extra for baby or child seats?

No.
Seats are free of charge and are mandatory for children under 12 years old or under 135 cm, according to Portuguese law.

 

7. Do babies and children count as passengers?

Yes.
Each baby/child occupies a seat with a seatbelt, just like an adult.
When booking, make sure to count all passengers, including babies.

 

8. Is the transfer shared with other passengers?

No.
All our transfers are private — exclusively for your group.

 

9. Is there enough space for special luggage (golf clubs, surfboards, etc.)?

Yes, provided that you inform us at the time of booking.
We will ensure a vehicle with the appropriate capacity.

 

10. Is there an extra charge for additional luggage?

No, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Each group may bring up to 2 large items (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards).
If you don’t inform us and there’s no space, the service may be cancelled or require a vehicle change at an additional cost.

 

11. If I pay in cash, do I have to pay for both trips on the first transfer?

Preferably, yes.
However, if necessary, you may pay each leg of the trip separately.

 

12. How does the loyalty discount work?

After 5 transfers booked by the same Team Leader, you will receive a 50% discount on the 6th transfer.

 

13. My flight has landed. What should I do?

  1. Turn on your phone and connect to the internet.
  2. You will be contacted via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call.
  3. Collect your luggage and notify our representative (using the same number that contacted you).
  4. Go to the meeting point in the arrivals hall.
  5. A staff member will be waiting with a sign displaying your name, and the driver will arrive within minutes.
