Procedures
The Arrival
Don’t worry about unforeseen flight delays, baggage claims or border crossings. Your flight will be monitored by our services and, in case of a delay, we will automatically adjust the pick-up time. In addition, we allow an extra 50 minutes after the actual disembarkation time. The driver will remain in constant contact with you and will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals area (at the meeting point specified on the booking voucher), with a sign with the name of the Lead Party.
It will be easy to find your driver: a welcoming smile and the official uniform of Oi Tours Transfers will identify him. He will be happy to help you with your luggage and take you to the transfer vehicle parked in one of the airport’s outdoor car parks.

At Departure
Don’t worry about the departure of your return flight.
We will program your transfer by adjusting the location pick-up time to the flight departure time. Therefore, it is essential that you provide your collection date and address, and your flight number.
The pick-up time is predicted according to the duration of the journey and the two hours of notice required at the airport for check-in and boarding formalities. In the eventuality that a longer transfer time is forecasted, we will contact you to adjust the pick-up time.
At the arranged pick-up time, an Oi Tours Transfers driver will be waiting for you at the specified location in the reservation, with our usual smile. Your designated driver will be happy to help you with your luggage and drive you to the airport, for a journey that we want to ensure is safe and comfortable.
