I haven\u2019t received my booking voucher. Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You should receive your voucher within 5 minutes after confirming your transfer.<br \/>\nIf that doesn\u2019t happen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check your spam\/junk folder for an email from <a href=\"mailto:transfers@oitours.pt\">transfers@oitours.pt<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Add this email address to your contacts list.<\/li>\n<li>If you still can\u2019t find it, contact us to confirm your booking details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Can I change or cancel my booking after confirmation?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes! Is Oi Transfers a door-to-door service?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes.<br \/>\nExcept at the airport (where we have a designated meeting point), we\u2019ll drop you off directly at your hotel, apartment, or specified address.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Can I drop passengers off at different locations on the same booking?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, as long as you notify us in advance.<br \/>\nAn additional fee will apply depending on the detour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Do I have to pay extra for baby or child seats?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No.<br \/>\nSeats are free of charge and are mandatory for children under 12 years old or under 135 cm, according to Portuguese law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Do babies and children count as passengers?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes.<br \/>\nEach baby\/child occupies a seat with a seatbelt, just like an adult.<br \/>\nWhen booking, make sure to count all passengers, including babies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Is the transfer shared with other passengers?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No.<br \/>\nAll our transfers are private \u2014 exclusively for your group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Is there an extra charge for additional luggage?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.<br \/>\nEach group may bring up to 2 large items (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards).<br \/>\nIf you don\u2019t inform us and there\u2019s no space, the service may be cancelled or require a vehicle change at an additional cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. If I pay in cash, do I have to pay for both trips on the first transfer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preferably, yes.<br \/>\nHowever, if necessary, you may pay each leg of the trip separately.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. How does the loyalty discount work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After 5 transfers booked by the same Team Leader, you will receive a 50% discount on the 6th transfer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.
