Tours Lda., acting as an agent and provider of transfers specified in the vouchers issued by Oi Transfers, the trade name of the transfers division of Oi! Tours Lda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Company Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oi! Tours Lda. is a limited liability company registered in Portugal, corporate number 517 146 797 and registered in RNVAT under number 10563, headquartered at Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o Boca do Rio Resort, Lot 1 Ap 108, 8400-113 Est\u00f4mbar. It operates under the commercial brands Oi Transfers, Oi Algarve, and Oi Travel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance covering cancellations, lost luggage, accidents, and health issues. Insurance can be contracted via: <a href=\"https:\/\/oitours.pt\/en\/\">https:\/\/oitours.pt\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\nTransfer Bookings<\/h2>\n<p><strong>3. Booking Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bookings must be made online at https:\/\/oitours.pt\/, TRANSFERS section. If the website is inactive, bookings can be made via email: <a href=\"mailto:transfer@oitours.pt\">transfer@oitours.pt<\/a>.<br \/>\nLast-minute bookings may be arranged directly with the driver.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Lead Party<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The person making the booking is the &#8220;Lead Party&#8221; and must be over 18.<br \/>\nBy booking, they accept these terms on behalf of all passengers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Booking Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Lead Party must verify all details (date, time, flight number, pickup\/drop-off address).<br \/>\nThe Lead Party is solely responsible for any mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Private Location Pickups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For villas, farms, etc., provide GPS coordinates and route information.<br \/>\nWithout this, timely service is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Luggage Allowance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Includes 1 checked bag (90x50x25 cm) and 1 cabin bag (45x40x25 cm) per passenger.<br \/>\nExtras must be declared during booking.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Transporting Children<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Children under 12 and &lt;135cm count as passengers.<br \/>\nPlease provide their age to ensure proper seats (provided free of charge).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Extra Stops<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Additional stops (e.g., supermarket, key pickup) must be scheduled.<br \/>\nThey incur extra charges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Pickup Times<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be at the airport 3 hours before flight.<br \/>\nPickup time is scheduled based on the flight number provided.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\nPayments<\/h2>\n<p><strong>11. Online Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Full payment is required at booking via available methods on the website.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Driver Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For last-minute bookings, payment must be made in cash directly to the driver.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Booking Voucher<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A voucher will be emailed after payment.<br \/>\nPresent it to the driver for both outbound and return trips.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Additional Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Extra stops: EUR 10 per 15 minutes. Pay in cash to the driver.<br \/>\nChanges, Cancellations and Refunds<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>15. Voucher Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After issue, verify all booking details.<br \/>\nWe are not responsible for incorrect booking information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>16. Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Free up to 24h in advance. Within 24h, must notify by email or phone:<br \/>\n\u2022 EUR 5 (up to 24h)<br \/>\n\u2022 EUR 10 (up to 12h)<br \/>\n\u2022 &lt;12h: not accepted (breach).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>17. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must be notified via email\/WhatsApp. Cancellation fees:<br \/>\n\u2022 0% up to 24h in advance;<br \/>\n\u2022 50% up to 12h in advance;<br \/>\n\u2022 100% (non-refundable) &lt;12h in advance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\nBreaches<\/h2>\n<p><strong>18. Undeclared Passengers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EUR 20\/person. Subject to vehicle capacity. Pay driver in cash.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>19. Undeclared Extra Luggage<\/strong><br \/>\nEUR 5\/item. Subject to available luggage space.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>20. Incorrect Addresses\/Coordinates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>May increase final service cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>21. Service Failure Due to External Factors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alternative transport will be arranged at no extra cost.<br \/>\nReception, Assistance, and No Show<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>22. Quality Reception<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At airports: welcome assistant available.<br \/>\nOther locations: driver aims for punctuality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>23. Contact and Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clients must remain contactable and follow instructions on the voucher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>24. Uncontrollable Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E.g., traffic, weather. Driver will contact Lead Party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>25. Tolerance Margin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>15-minute delay margin. We will contact Lead Party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>26. Flight Delays or Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notify us promptly. We will try to adapt without extra fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>27. Airports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Waiting time: 1 hour post-landing. Inform us of delays at customs, baggage claim, etc.<br \/>\nIf driver cannot wait, we\u2019ll suggest alternatives.<br \/>\nIf declined, the service is a NO SHOW with no refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>28. Train\/Bus Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>15-minute tolerance. No contact = NO SHOW, no refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>29. Other Pickup Points<br \/>\n15-minute tolerance. No contact = NO SHOW, no refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\nTransport Conditions<\/h2>\n<p><strong>30. Refusal of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may refuse clients under the influence of alcohol\/drugs or displaying unsafe behavior.<br \/>\nNo refunds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>31. Prohibitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Smoking and eating\/drinking (except water) are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>32. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All vehicles are legally insured.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>33. Luggage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clients are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for damage\/loss.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>34. Missed Pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If unable to contact us, use a local taxi.<br \/>\nWe will reimburse the extra cost but are not liable for missed flights.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>35. Liability Limitation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Except for bodily injury or death, our liability is limited to twice the transfer service cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\nFeedback and Loyalty Bonuses<\/h2>\n<p><strong>36. Feedback Form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sent after each transfer. Comments may be published anonymously.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>37. Welcome Voucher<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>New clients receive 10% off their first direct booking upon newsletter subscription.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>38.
